Live Waitlist & Reservation Policy

Salsa 17 does not accept traditional reservations. Instead, we offer a live remote waitlist, allowing you to check current wait times and join the list before you arrive.

When there is a wait, simply select Join the Waitlist on our website, enter your party information, and you’ll be added to the current queue. You can monitor your place in line remotely and make your way to Salsa 17 as your estimated seating time approaches.

Please check in with our host when you arrive. However, checking in is not what determines when your party is called. Parties are notified based on their place on the live waitlist and current table availability, whether or not they have already arrived.

Once your party is notified that your table is ready, your full party must be present and checked in within 5 minutes in order to keep your place on the waitlist. If you are not able to arrive within that window, your spot may be forfeited.

Because the waitlist reflects real-time restaurant availability, estimated wait times can change quickly. We recommend joining the waitlist when you are close enough to arrive promptly if your table becomes available sooner than expected.
